Abstract submission:

Delegates are invited to submit an abstract for a poster presentation under the themes of Clinical, Science or Innovation into practice. Prizes will be awarded on the day for the best poster within each of the themes. Six candidates will be shortlisted to give a 3 minute presentation (max 2 slides) followed by 2 minutes of questions.

Submission deadline is Friday 30^th October.

Registration Fees:

Senior Fee: Meeting & Dinner £145, Meeting Only £100

Junior* Fee: Meeting & Dinner £95, Meeting Only £50

Additional dinner guest £50

*Reduced registration fee for junior medics, (i.e. trainees), students, post docs, junior medical researchers, nurses and AHPs.

Please register early to avoid disappointment. Discounted rooms should be available for overnight accommodation in the Marriott Bristol Hotel City Centre (NB. Not the Marriott Royal), contact us for further information.

Dinner:

The meeting dinner wil take place on the evening of Thursday 26^th November at the Brasserie Blanc Restaurant in the Cutlers hall in what remains of an historic 13^th century medieval monastery.

Dr Alex Mottrie of Belgium has been invited to the BUI to demonstrate two robotic procedures (prostate and partial nephrectomy).

The operative procedures will be interspersed with lectures and case discussions.
